My focus is on an evidence based approach using personal goal setting, problem solving, and accountability. During my health coaching sessions, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing techniques, and non-violent communication principles are implemented to achieve behavioral changes toward a healthier life style. Empowering you through self-awareness, knowledge, and strategizing, I guide you to create a realistic goal centered course of action to attain their desire result.
